Christmas Time

A total mess

We finally got Rebecca to eat her dinner. She had the same as us, which makes it easier for me to prepare. Today it was pasta, fish, tomatoes, veggies and cheese sauce, but she added a melon stick to dip into hers. The only way we could get her to open her mouth was to put the food on her highchair tray and she just dug in with her hands. It was so nice to see her enjoy it but I can't see how we can do this for every meal as it takes ages to clean up.

First sandwiches

I made bread for Rebecca this week, with her formula instead of skimmed milk. She is really enjoying having sandwiches as it's something she can eat alone without it slipping all over the place.

6 months old

Rebecca was 6 months this Saturday. I can't believe she is now eating real food and sleeping in her own room when such a short time ago she was a tiny baby. She is growing and changing so fast.
