We finally got Rebecca to eat her dinner. She had the same as us, which makes it easier for me to prepare. Today it was pasta, fish, tomatoes, veggies and cheese sauce, but she added a melon stick to dip into hers. The only way we could get her to open her mouth was to put the food on her highchair tray and she just dug in with her hands. It was so nice to see her enjoy it but I can't see how we can do this for every meal as it takes ages to clean up.
I made bread for Rebecca this week, with her formula instead of skimmed milk. She is really enjoying having sandwiches as it's something she can eat alone without it slipping all over the place.
Rebecca was 6 months this Saturday. I can't believe she is now eating real food and sleeping in her own room when such a short time ago she was a tiny baby. She is growing and changing so fast. 
Rebecca has been enjoying playing her piano from mum. I hope this is a good sign of her future musical interest! She has been teething this week and is a bit off colour. A tooth had popped through this morning, so now she has her two bottom teeth. It really hasn't been too bad - she's just been a bit tearful during the day, but luckily sleeping well at night.
